  1. What is Afrobeat Burnout?

    In Afrobeat Burnout class we combined dance, aerobic movements, and energetic African music which makes it feel more like a dance party than a workout. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance/workout moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. You’ll leave with a great workout that burns fat, strengthens your core, and tones muscles.

  3. How did you come up with it?

    I started incorporating dance into my fitness classes when I noticed people would rather go to a dance class instead of a bootcamp class. Dance has always been a part of my lifestyle and I enjoy that my classes have a party setting while still helping people burning calories and get fit.

  4. What’s your favorite part of teaching Afrobeat Burnout?

    The excitement on people’s faces during the workouts.

  5. When did you start officially teaching this class?

    I started teaching Afrobeat Burnout July 2017.
